I want to say something that might feel a little confronting.

Stay with me, because what I'm about to say could genuinely change the trajectory of your business, and therefore your life.

If you're a brilliant coach, facilitator, teacher, or course creator and you're still doing everything one-on-one, I want to gently and lovingly challenge that.

Because I think there's something deeper going on.

And I think you already know it.

The moment that sparked this conversation

We were at our recent mastermind retreat in Sydney.

It was one of those afternoons where everything slows down.

We'd pushed through some big work that morning and we were sitting together casually, just being present the way women get when there's nothing to perform and nothing to protect.

One of my mastermind women put her coffee cup down and said, “Tracy, can I ask you something honestly?”

She asked me how I make Freedom Filled® Business feel so personal when I'm serving that many women at once.

Different niches. Different seasons of life. Different stages of business.

She wanted to know how it was possible.

But underneath her question, I could feel what she was really asking.

Is it possible for ME to do that?

And the answer is yes. Absolutely yes.

The real gap in this industry

Here's what I can tell you with certainty after 25 years, with over a decade in the online coaching space and 15 years in education before that.

The gap is not talent. We have incredibly clever, talented women.

The gap is not passion or knowledge.

The gap is world-class facilitation of one-to-many groups.

Most women in this industry are brilliant at what they teach. They change lives in one-on-one.

But no one has ever taught them how to take that genius and build it into a group experience that holds the same depth, the same care, the same transformation.

So they stay in one-on-one.

And they tell themselves it's their preference.

But really, it's a ceiling.

Why this matters for your business

Let's talk about lifetime customer value, or LCV.

It's the total amount a client spends with you over the entire time they stay in your world.

When your program is designed well, when it genuinely holds people, when it facilitates real transformation, people don't exit quickly.

Many of them won't leave.

I've had mentees stay with me for nine years. I've had mastermind clients stay for five years plus in a program that is a multi-six-figure annual investment.

That is not normal in this industry.

And it is not by accident.

It is by design.

When your program isn't designed to hold people, you're constantly chasing new leads just to maintain your income.

That's exhausting. That's unstable. And that is not how you build a freedom-filled business.

Group programs amplify transformation

There's a lie that has been circulating in this space for too long.

The lie is that group programs dilute transformation.

Done well, they don't dilute it. They amplify it.

Inside well-designed group experiences, people aren't just learning from you.

They're learning through reflection, through community, through watching another woman have the exact breakthrough they needed to see.

They're learning through structured, intentional action inside an environment that was built to support them.

One of my women said something I'll never forget at the retreat.

She said, “Tracy, I've been in other programs and they were good ones, but I've never stayed anywhere this long. And I've also never grown this much.”

That's the difference between a group program and a well-designed, world-class group program.

And it's a difference you can learn.

Ten days after what felt like the most perfect afternoon at the beach, our 11-year-old son was in surgery.

In this episode, I’m answering some of the most commonly asked questions I receive about my health, beauty, and lifestyle.

I share openly about what I eat, how I exercise, my skincare and makeup routines, and the products I genuinely love and use. I also speak honestly about the beauty treatments and injectables I’ve had, because transparency matters to me and I know it matters to you too.

This is very much a girl talk style episode. Nothing is positioned as right or wrong, perfect or complete. It’s simply what I’ve learned so far through my own lived experience, personal research, and guidance from trusted experts.

At 41, I feel incredibly healthy, strong, and confident in my body. And I truly believe that when we feel this way, we show up in our lives, relationships, and work as our best and highest selves. That confidence ripples outward and allows us to create a bigger impact.

I did not go deep into routines in this episode, and that was intentional. Routines are a conversation of their own, and I’d love to know if that’s something you’d like me to explore in a future episode.

I’ll also be sharing a photo of the products I use in an upcoming Instagram post or story, so keep an eye out for that.
