One of the most important parts of any website, which is sadly neglected or put off by biz owners, is the About Me page on their website. This is the first thing I look at when I arrive on a website, of any sort, for the first time. It helps build rapport, it sets the tone of what your customer can expect from you, in that it can resell the person who is never going to become a customer and in my eyes, that's a good thing.
