HOW PERFECTIONISM CAN HOLD US BACK
So I’m going to put both hands up right now and say, I’m a perfectionist. I’ve spent many many years working on this trait because perfectionism can really hinder my progress. It’s a reality of life and particularly biz mum life, that sometimes as much as you try, perfection simply can’t be achieved. I’m glad to report that I’m definitely a recovering perfectionist but it’s safe to say that’s taken YEARS of work.
This weeks guest has witnessed first hand the damaging effect this can have on entrepreneurs and has some top tips to help us overcome perfectionism.
