MWH 295: Real Conversations About Women’s Mental Health with Abby Gilmore
In this special edition of the podcast, I’m chatting with Abby Gilmore and we’re putting the spotlight on women’s mental health!
This episode is in support of Liptember campaign that highlights real connections and real conversations around women’s mental health. The campaign is happening now, all throughout the month of September.
Abby has been in the social media industry for over 5 years. She is a powerhouse – a well-known content creator, a business owner, speaker, and mum of 3.
She also has a background in meditation teaching and healing development. 2021 has seen Abby launch her own brand of affirmation cards, “Shine by Abby Gilmore.”
Both Abby and I are mothers, we are business owners, we are quite strong and confident women but we have also suffered with our own mental health issues and illnesses in the past.
In this episode, Abby shares her very real and human experience on how she has able to work through her own struggles with mental health. Also, how she’s helping her children to have a great positive mental health themselves.
I hope that this episode has helped you. If it did, I would love for you to leave me a review me on iTunes!

As the founder and CEO of Mums With Hustle, I have the best day job in the world: teaching entrepreneurs how to grow their beautiful businesses online. When I started the business, that was everything I wanted, but since then, it has grown into something much bigger. Now, I get my joy from helping women find their zones of genius within a community that truly celebrates their success. I truly believe that when women choose to band together, we can do anything - and if you feel the same, there’s a place in the MWH community for you.
