MWH 528 : The Cost Of Living An Adventurous Life: Our Son’s Surgery in Bali

Ten days after what felt like the most perfect afternoon at the beach, our 11-year-old son was in surgery.

In this episode, I’m sharing the full story of what happened when a seemingly innocent moment at a Bali beach turned into a serious injury that required surgery.

From the moment he fell onto a sharp piece of wood hidden in the sand, to discovering that fragments of wood were still embedded deep in his leg days later, to sitting beside his hospital bed while he went under anaesthetic.
