MWH 535 : The Gratitude Lesson That Changed Everything

Today I'm coming to you live from upstairs in our Bali home while the boys are downstairs working on their wellbeing lesson.

And this one hit different.

Their worksheet was about gratitude. Four simple prompts. But I didn't let them rush through it. I used it as a teaching moment, a chance to slow down, to feel, to really sit in the practice.

And as I was teaching them, I realised I needed to hear it too.
