MWH 537 : Stuck in the Freeze? How to Move Forward After a Hard Client Experience

One of my mentees inside the Freedom Filled® Business Mentorship came to me recently with something so honest, so common, and so rarely spoken about, that I knew I had to bring it to the podcast.

She wanted to create a new online group programme.

But she was stuck in what I call the freeze.

Overthinking. Over-strategising. Self doubt. Procrastination. Imposter syndrome dressed up in a hundred different outfits.

And underneath all of it was a wound from a past experience. A previous client who questioned her character, her capability, and whether she was trauma informed enough to hold the space.

That memory had been quietly running the show ever since.
