I have been watching a trend inside our community that I need to talk about.

Frameworks are everywhere on Instagram right now. Every creator has a signature method, a five step process, a proprietary formula. I love it. I teach it. Building your own IP is one of the most powerful things you can do in your beautiful business.

But I am seeing something else too.

I am seeing women lose themselves inside other people's frameworks. On their sales pages. In their webinars. In their email sequences. In their Instagram content.

I recently reviewed a mentee's brand new sales page. She has decades of experience. She is beyond qualified. And her page read like a textbook formula. All the magic, all the oomph, all the her of it was gone.

That is the cost.

When you focus so hard on “am I doing this right”, you lose your essence. And your essence is the thing that makes people buy.
