Lucy – Clean Inspire

My name is Lucy Doubleday. I'm a 23 year old single mum to my gorgeous little girl Indi who is 2 years old. We live in a rural country town in North west NSW, Gunnedah. Health and fitness has always been a big part of my life and I'm a big believer in practicing what I preach. I wrote this eBook in hope of inspiring every day people, in particular mums, to lead a healthy lifestyle. My health and well being is most important to me now more then ever. Being a mum myself I think it's so important to educate our children on the importance of leading a healthy balanced lifestyle from a young age. Clean Creations & Lifestyle Inspiration is a collaboration of my journey over the last 2 years, the recipes I created, what inspires me and a little insight into my way of life after achieving what I had I wanted, to share my own personal experiences with others in hope of having a positive impact on someone else's life.

Top 3 Tips for Writing an eBook

1. Create a distractive free environment (very hard with a toddler – most of my work was written at 2am)
2. Patience – so many times I had picked up my laptop to work on the eBook and after a few minutes closed it down and walked away so overwhelmed with what needed to be done. I sometimes worked 20 minutes a night and other nights I spent hours. Being patient with myself was one of the big reasons I completed the book.
3. Finding the perfect graphic designer – I was very lucky a great friend of mine is an amazing graphic designer, once I completed the structure of the eBook I handed it over to her to complete the design. She made it stress free & so simple. We worked together on a design outlay for both the website and eBook that I felt fitted the direction I wanted to take.
