Today I'm sharing the 5 cardinal rules for Instagram Success, so you can make the most of your IG and truly grow an amazing online community that thrives.

1. Instagram Purpose

What is your Instagram purpose? You must know your IG purpose, if you truly want to lay the groundwork to success!

How can you craft a content strategy that leads people on a journey to your end goal?

2. Be On IG For Business

Make sure you're set up on Instagram as a Business Profile. This not only screams professional, but you're going to get access to some incredible and highly valuable Instagram features and tools.

Why should you be set up on Instagram as a Business Profile?
What are the benefits of being set up on IG for Business?

  • You get access to analytics.
  • The ability to use email and contact buttons.
  • Your posts can include shopping tags/tabs.

3. Your Content On IG

To be successful on IG, you have to be willing to put your face to your account. Consumers want to see the face of the person they are interacting with. Product shots and stock images have their place, but so does your beautiful face!

What aspects of your life are you willing to show on the ‘Gram?
Why should you choose 2-3 areas of your personal life that you want to bring into your brand?
How can you show these personal aspects of your life and brand without messing up your IG aesthetic?

Why do consumers want to see the face of the person they're interacting with?

4. Followers

If you are leading from a place of true heart and service, if your content is geared at satisfying your audience and not yourself, you will see your numbers go up. Remember, where focus goes, energy flows!

5. Engage, Engage, Engage
