Have you ever received negative feedback on an offer you truly thought your tribe would love? When you first get the feedback, it can really hurt. But it's just feedback, and you have to keep in mind that it's going to happen to everyone at some point.

Girlfriend, I get it. I know from experience that it does take some serious flexing of your mindset muscles to move past any negative feedback you received, so I thought I'd put together an episode to help you stay on top of your game and use negative feedback to your benefit.

Recently, I've been getting a lot of questions around how to move past negative feedback. I wanted to bring you a training on four strategies to help you move past negative feedback along with some very practical things for you to do that will use negative feedback to amplify your offer!

1. Understand Where Feedback Comes From

The main reason why people give feedback is because they want to be heard. When you're sorting through feedback on your offerings, you should keep in mind that what your tribe is saying is always about them – not you.

In what ways can you shift your beliefs about yourself?

4. Stop Focussing On The Negative Feedback

5. Practical Things You Can Do To Move Past The Negativity

  • Confide in a friend that can listen to you, but give you perspective and pull you out of your funk – those friends are keepers!
